Stimulus Payments – 12/30/2020
All Government EIP distributions (stimulus payments) will be sent directly to recipients from the IRS via check, direct deposit or prepaid card. We do not expect any of those payments to be sent to the EPS refund transfer accounts. If EIP payments are directed to a refund transfer account, we will communicate with the IRS and the IRS will send the payments directly to the recipient.
Our systems or call centers will not have any information regarding EIP payments. The best method of tracking an EIP payment from the IRS is through the IRS’ “Get my payment” website tool –
